The Internet did not work until 3 hours before time to leave. The only chair in the room was broken, and uncomfortable even if it was not. They wanted a 1000 baht deposit for a key card, on a romm that was already paid in full. Most hotels in the area have 1PM or 2PM checkout times. This one not only has a noon checkout, they also called me at 11:10 and 12:02 to hurry me out of the hotel. Other than that the hotel is modern, clean and very hospitable. The staff was very accommodating, meeting out every need and making their best to make us happy. We took the Standard room which was a small but very clean and well maintained. The design of the rooms (and of the entire hotel) is quite exceptional and nice. Hotel is near many restaurants and bars.I arrived early in the morning and because check-in time was 2 pm I had to wait for many hours as the room was not yet available. But good service from the staff as I was upgraded to a Junior Suite for 1 night. Would really recommend this hotel.
