"The hotel made my honeymoon stay awesome as I got an auto upgrade to the Executive Lounge because the hotel was overbooked the day I came. The lounge was on the 23rd floor and a corner room with a magnificent city view, nice dining hall , drawing room. All the rooms were very spacious and service wa s prompt. Also, staffs here are rather fluent in English so did not face much language issues." | ||

Changed rooms the next day and for nothing as the deluxe and standard rooms are exactly the same except deluxe has a better view of the parking lot and a keycard access.Thai staff helpful and Phillipine staff snotty and lazy. Had to walk to end of soi to get my own taxi because they were arguing who had to go get one for me.I will not stay here again." | ||
